★ Kiev forces fire at JCCC members and repair team outside Yasinovataya

Donetsk, Mar 13 – DAN. The members of the DPR Mission to the JCCC and staff of the Voda Donbassa state water company came under Ukrainian fire outside Yasinovataya, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

“Today at 11.45 a.m., as repair works were ongoing in the vicinity of the Vasilyevskaya 1st level pumping station of the Yuzhnodonbasskiy water duct, an operational team of the DPR Mission to the JCCC and repair team of the Voda Donbassa state water company came under fire originating from the Ukrainian side.”

The fire was opened despite the local silence regime coordinated by the two sides.

Another round of peace talks is taking place today in Minsk.

Vasilyevskaya pumping station is located in the Vasilyevskoye village outside Yasinovataya. It is connected to the Yuzhnodonbasskiy water duct providing water to residential areas on both sides of the contact line. It regularly becomes target of the Ukrainian fire.
