56 new COVID-19 cases reported in DPR over 24 hours, 18 patients recover

Donetsk, Sep 24 – DAN. Fifty-six new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Thursday.

Eighteen people have been discharged from hospitals with two negative test results for COVID-19 over the designated period, the report said. No COVID-19 related deaths have been recorded since Wednesday.

As of Thursday morning, the Republic had 3,146 confirmed COVID-19 cases; 1,990 people have recovered, 976 are undergoing treatment and 180 have died, according to the DPR Healthcare Ministry.

Ukraine has reported 3,372 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours; 188,372 people have got infected in Ukraine since the beginning of the pandemic; of those, 3,757 have died.*jk
