Donetsk authorities deny children’s hospital explosive hazard reports

Donetsk, Sep 10 – DAN. The information about the finding of an explosive hazard near the Republican Children’s Hospital in Donetsk’s Kalininsky district has not been confirmed, local administration head Vasily Tkachuk told the Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.

“Yesterday, vigilant district residents reported a possible explosive hazard near the children’s hospital,” Tkachuk said. “The police officers checked the scene but didn’t find anything.”

The reports were disseminated in the mass media and on the Internet.

On September 5 at around 14:00, an explosion occurred in Donetsk’s Kalininsky district near the non-operating cinema house. A police officer suffered a minor wound.*jk
