Donetsk expects Kiev to provide prisoner legal clearance guarantees ahead of video conference



Donetsk, Nov 14 – DAN. The Minsk Group humanitarian subgroup video conference talks will take place after Kiev has guaranteed the legal clearance of the detainees, Donetsk People’s Republic ombudswoman Darya Morozova said on Thursday.

“The humanitarian subgroups video conference can take place if Ukraine provides information on the detained DPR supporters and  guarantees their legal clearance,” Morozova said.

The next meeting of the humanitarian subgroup in Minsk is scheduled for November 27.

Earlier, Ukrainian representative to the subgroup Valeria Lutkovskaya said that the video conference of the humanitarian subgroup scheduled for November 13 would not take place as it had not been supported by all participants.*jk
