DPR accuses Ukraine of systemic Donbass ceasefire violations

Donetsk, Sep 6 – DAN. The situation on the contact line between Ukraine and the Donetsk People’s Republic has been steadily deteriorating, the DPR Foreign Ministry said on Friday.

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces practically destroyed the Rozy village; the operating kindergarten and school in the Kachkarskoye village came under 152mm artillery fire; two persons were wounded, the Foreign Ministry said a statement. “If Kiev cannot fulfil any of these hard-won ceasefire terms just 48 days after the truce came into effect, we cannot expect any hypothetic improvement from a new ceasefire.”

The Ministry views “the mounting tensions as Ukraine’s deliberate attempts, under the cover of peaceful rhetoric and fabricated accusations of the Republic, to foil the shaky truce.”
