DPR hospitals discharge 33 recovered COVID-19 patients over 24 hours – Health Ministry
Donetsk, Aug 18 – DAN. More than 30 people have been discharged from Donetsk People’s Republic hospitals with negative COVID-19 tests over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.
“Over the past 24 hours, 33 patients were discharged from DPR hospitals with two negative COVID-19 tests,” the report said. “Twenty-four new coronavirus infection cases have been diagnosed since Monday.”
The new patients including three medics previously had contacts with the infected, the DPR Healthcare Ministry said.
The Republic currently has 2,114 confirmed COVID-19 cases; 1,035 patients have convalesced and 118 have died.
Meanwhile, Ukraine reported 1,616 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours; 94,433 cases have been confirmed there since the beginning of the pandemic.*jk
