DPR intelligence reports mass robberies of Donbass elderly by Ukrainian servicemen
Donetsk, Sep 9 – DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic intelligence reported new facts of looting by Ukrainian servicemen in Kiev-controlled Donbass areas.
“We continue to receive reports from residents living in Ukraine-held areas about looting and robberies of houses in the Novotroitskoye area committed by 35th Brigade gunmen,” the DPR People’s Militia said on Monday. “The gunmen have no scruples in robbing the elderly living in these houses. They take away the property under the pretext of army needs.”
Ukrainian servicemen threatened houses owners with torching their houses in case of resistance.
Earlier reports said that Ukrainian army police detained five servicemen on suspicion of involvement in Donbass civilians property thefts. *jk.
