DPR sends notes to OSCE as Ukrainian shelling leaves civilian injured


Donetsk, Feb 1 – DAN. The DPR has sent notes to the OSCE concerning the shelling by Ukrainian forces that injured a civilian in Donetsk, the press secretary of the DPR delegation to the Minsk talks Vladislav Moskovskiy said.

The civilian, resident of Alexandrovka, was injured in the evening of January 30, the shelling also left a number of houses damaged.

“Official notes indicating the documented facts of ceasefire violations were sent by the DPR representative Natalia Nikonorova to the OSCE special representative in Ukraine Heidi Grau, and by the DPR representative in the security working group Alexey Nikonorov to the Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Halit Çevik.”

Moskovskiy said that the growing number of violations on the Ukrainian side demonstrates Kiev’s “sloppiness in what concerns the agreements on the security track”.
