DPR suggests remote discussion over new disengagement areas

Donetsk, Feb 12 – DAN. Donetsk representatives, at the Minsk talks have proposed to discuss new disengagement areas remotely, said DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova.

“We understand the importance of disengagement along the whole contact line, as well as Russia and the OSCE. We are focused on intensification of the coordination of the next three zones.”

She said Kiev creates obstacles on the way of creating new disengagement zones: Ukrainian delegation amended the zones’ coordinates on the eve of the meeting.

Earlier it was revealed that Oktyabr-Gnutovo checkpoint areas might become a new disengagement zone. *ot
