DPR to continue to operate Yelenovka crossing point during construction works – Pashkov

Donetsk, Jun 27 – DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic authorities have no plans to shut down the Yelenovka crossing point outside Donetsk for the period of construction works, DPR deputy premier Vladimir Pashkov said on Thursday.

“The crossing points, including Yelenovka, will continue to operate during construction works,” Pashkov said. “We’re doing everything in order not to inconvenience people,” he said in response to a Donetsk News Agency question.

Ukrainian media outlets have been disseminating false reports since Monday alleging the DPR authorities’ plans to shut down the Yelenovka crossing point for the period of modernisation.*jk
