Foreign mercenaries are just another dimension of Kiev hindering Minsk talks

Donetsk, Jul 20 – DAN. The presence of foreign mercenaries in Donbass affects the Minsk talks in an extremely negative way, said DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova.

Ukrainian saboteur squad unsuccessfully attempted to infiltrate the DPR on July 13, but entered a minefield. At least three were killed in mine explosions. The bodies were handed over to Ukraine. One of  them turned out to be an Estonia national. NATO equipment was retrieved at the site.

“The recent incident outside Zaitsevo is another proof that Ukrainian authorities attract foreign mercenaries to participation in the Donbass conflict,” she said.

Nikonorova said that Ukrainian authorities aggravate the situation, which becomes a negative factor in the Minsk talks, already impeded.
