Houses, utility sheds damaged at 12 locations as Ukrainian army shells southern DPR – JCCC

Donetsk, Sep 23 – DAN. Twelve houses and five utility sheds were damaged by Ukrainian artillery strikes at the Oktyabr village in the south of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported.

“Strikes were delivered at Zvyozdnaya, Kommunarov, Chapayev and Schors Streets, the JCCC said. Direct hits were recorded at three addresses; damage to roofs, frontages, windows and utility structures was reported as well.

On Sunday evening, the Ukrainian army 122mm artillery delivered a massive strike at the Oktyabr village in southern DPR. More than 40 rounds were fired at the settlement within a short period. No casualties were immediately reported.

Earlier reports on Monday said that power and gas supply lines were damaged as Kiev forces shelled Oktyabr in the DPR’s Novoazovskiy district.*jk
