Humanitarian group tasked with organizing new POW swap

Donetsk, Apr 22 – DAN. The Contact Group has tasked the humanitarian subgroup with activation of the preparations for a new POW swap, the DPR Foreign Ministry said.

“As for the key agenda issue for the humanitarian subgroup – POW swap – the participants of the Contact Group have set a task to prepare another round of exchange, to work out problematic aspects as a follow-up to previous exchanges,” the Foreign Ministry said.

On April 16, the first swap in 2020 took place. Donetsk handed over nine people and received 10 back. *ot
