Donetsk, Apr 27 – DAN. Ukrainian shellfire and hindering of repair works in frontline areas destabilize the humanitarian situation, the DPR Mission to the JCCC said.
According to the JCCC data, approximately fiften hundreed customers in Elenovka and Molodyezhnoye south of Donetsk remain without an uninterrupted water supply as the water pipe in this area is damaged by shellfire. The Ukrainian side has been ignoring DPR requests for repaire clearance for almost two months.
“Ukrainian forces keep shelling the DPR territory despite public calls for peace in connection with the COVID-19 situation. They keep impeding the repairs and functioning of important civilian infrastructure. We consider such actions to be crimes against humanity and an attempted genocide of civilan population by creating conditions for the spread of dangerous infections.” *ot
