JCCC: Kiev forces fire over 100 rounds in 24 hours

Donetsk, Dec 28 – DAN. Ukrainian army units expended over 100 shells targeting DPR territory in the past 24 hours, violating the ceasefire 20 times, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

“Ukrainian armed forces fired 102 rounds. The number of ceasefire violations is 20,” he said.

He said the fire was opened on Gorlovka and Zaitsevo, Yasinovataya, Krutaya Balka, Donetsk airport, Spartak, Zhabichevo, Staromikhailovka, Shakhta Trudovskaya, Leninskoye, Sakhanka, Oktyabr and Ukrainskoye.

The enemy used 120 mm and 82 mm mortars, IFVs, APCs, grenade launchers and small arms of large caliber.

Ammunition under 12.7 mm caliber is excluded from the daily report.
