Kiev forces launch mortar strikes on DPR – JCCC

Donetsk, Feb 13 – DAN. The Ukrainian army has launched massive mortar strikes on Donetsk, Gorlovka and the Novoazovsk district, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

“Ukrainian army shelled the vicinity of Volvo center at 5.10 p.m. firing 15 rounds of 82 mm caliber.”
The Dolomitnoye township north of Gorlovka has also been targeted with four 120 mm mortars, while Leninskoye was attacked with 22 mortar rounds of 120 mm caliber.

Today another round of the Minsk talks is taking place.

Security situation in Donbass remains tense as Kiev forces regularly launch shelling along the contact line. Lately, shelling incidents involving 120 mm mortars have become more common. DPR People’s Militia has addressed the OSCE to stabilize the situation. *ot
