Kiev forces shell southern DPR with 120 mm rounds – JCCC

Donetsk, Jan 24 – DAN. Kiev forces shelled Leninskoye (south of the DPR) with mortars today, he DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

The shelling was recorded at 4.40 p.m., five rounds of 120 mm caliber were fired from the direction of occupied Vodyanoye (Mariupol region).

Donetsk and Gorlovka outskirts also came under fire today. Mortar rounds were fired as well as IFV gun rounds, grenade launcher and anti-aircraft gun rounds.

An indefinite ceasefire came into force in Donbass in the night of July 20-21 as it has been agreed to by the Contact Group in Minsk.

The ceasefire agreement includes provisions for disciplinary measures against perpetrators, ban on offensive, sabotage and reconnaissance operations, ban on any fire including sniper fire, deployment of heavy weapons to populated areas and, first of all, civilian infrastructural objects such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals and public places. *ot
