Kiev forces violate ceasefire 42 times in a week – People’s Militia

Donetsk, Jan 22 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 42 times over the last week, the DPR People’s Militia said.

“Over the last week, the number of registered violations was 42; the number of fire provications violating Article 2 of the Additional Measures was 40″, the report detailed.
On two occasions Ukrainian forces were equipping their positions outside Peski and Talakovka.
On Thursday one DPR defender was killed, another one injured, three houses in Western Donetsk were damaged.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
