Kiev reps at humanitarian group fail to arrive in Minsk

Donetsk, Apr 10 – DAN. Ukrainian official representatives at the humanitarian working group have failed to show up for the meeting in Minsk today, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.

“Kiev has again failed to send its official representatives to Minsk for a meaningful discussion and cession making on the agenda issues,” she said.

Three groups, economic, humanitarian and security, have embarked on talks in Misnk, the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

All four groups are expected to hold meetings today while the Contact Group will summarize the outcome later in the evening. *ot
