Kiev’s “grey zone” takeover statements break ground for renewing martial law – DPR militia



Donetsk, Dec 27 – DAN. Kiev’s statements alleging Ukrainian troops advance into the frontline zone are meant to fan tensions in Donbass for renewing martial law, Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia spokesman Daniil Bezsonov said on Thursday.

“Alleging the taking of the so-called “grey zone,” the Kiev authorities are making a new attempt to provoke a conflict and reintroduce martial law in Ukraine,” Bezsonov said. “These aspirations (by Ukrainian President Petr) Poroshenko require new victims.”

Ukraine has been actively using these methods since Sergey Nayev was appointed commander of Kiev’s punitive operation in Donbass.

“I’m urging OSCE representatives to pay special attention to Ukraine’s statements and its double standards policy towards settling the situation in the conflict zone,” the spokesman said.



On December 26, Ukrainian presidential advisor, Defence Minister aide Yuriy Biryukov alleged that the Ukrainian army controlled the whole “grey zone” along the contact
