Lack of political will in Ukraine explains its failure at Minsk talks – Morozova

Donetsk, Jun 21 – DAN. Escalation in Donbass and prostrating the Minsk talks testify to the absence of political will in Ukraine, said DPR representative to the talks Daria Morozova.

“The escalation of the past few weeks, systematic violations of the international humanitarian norms, protracting the Minsk talks and harmonization of the additional package of measures to control the ceasefire testify to the fact that there is no political will in Ukraine,” she said.

The statement comes after the June 19 shelling damaged dozens of houses, hospital and other civilian infrastructure of Donetsk.*ot
