Morozova says Ukrainian SBU exerts pressure on DPR supporter family

Donetsk, Oct 21 – DAN. Ukrainian security service illegally targets families of DPR supporters, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.

“One of DPR supporters Dymarchuk Alexey Ivanovich, born in 1984, addressed us asking for legal protection and providing security to his family. Ukrainian security exerts psychological pressure against his family, and his mother, father, sister, son and ex-wife currently face illegitimate investigation.”

Morozova said that she had already notified the ICRC and OSCE asking them to assess the actions of Ukrainian security agency.

“Ukrainian authorities are again showing disregard towards human rights and freedoms of civilians. Such actions nullify any attempts to settle the conflict.”
