One killed, two injured in Ukrainian attack on DPR south

Donetsk, Mar 16 – DAN. One DPR service member was killed, one injured, a civilian sustained concussion as Ukrainian forces launched an attack on Sakhanka, DPR People’s Militia said.

“Bandits of the 10th Ukrainian brigade acting on direct orders of their commander Zubanich used anti-tank missile system Stugna-P targeting a vehicle that was delivering water in accordance with the schedule. In violation of international humanitarian rules the shelling was launched at the time when civilians were receiving the water. One DPR defender died, another sustained injuries, one civilian sustained brain concussion,” the report reads.

All the reports on the incident will be handed over to international organizations and the DPR Prosecutor General’s office.

The JCCC has dispatched a team to confirm the reports.
