OSCE’s Brandenburg interrupts visit to Donbass water plant as Kiev shells the area

Donetsk, Mar 13 – DAN. Ukrainian army derailed the visit of Ulrich Brandenburg, Coordinator of the economic working group, to the Donetsk water treatment plant, the DPR Mission to the JCCC said.

“Today the coordinator was expected to arrive to the water treatment plant of the Vasilyevskaya pumping station as part of SMM and DPR Mission to the JCCC delegation. Nevertheless, despite previously provided security guarantees, Kiev forces opened fire on Vasilyevka as the vehicles were approaching the plant.”

The delegation interrupted its visit. Additional guarantees have been requested from Ukraine.
