Security subgroup mulls three new disengagement areas
Donetsk, Apr 20 – DAN. The security subgroup of the Contact Group will discuss three new disengagement areas at the today’s videoconference, the DPR Foreign Ministry said.
“The key points of the agenda are as follows:
Harmonizing the draft statement of the Contact Group in the context of securing the effectiveness of the current indefinite ceasefire agreement;
Harmonizing the text of the draft Addendum to the Framework Agreements;
Agreement on the identification of three new disengagement areas for the further disengagement of forces and hardware,” the statement reads.”
If the above mentioned agenda items are harmonized, the appropriate documents will be filed with the Contact Group for approval on April 22.
The political and security subgroups are holding videoconferences today.*ot
