Thousand customers in 7 townships without power following Ukraini8an attack
Donetsk, Mar 16 – DAN. Seven villages in southern DPR remain without power as a result of Ukrainian shelling, new reports show.
“Kiev forces continue massive shelling inflicting serious damage on energy infrastructure. Operational officer of the Energy Ministry reported that seven townships were affected by shelling in early hours of March 15 and remain without power supply,” the Ministry of Energy said.
Leninskoye, Sakhanka and Zaichenko, Leninskoye, Dzerzhinskoye, Novaya Tavriya and Sergeyevka have been affected. Almost 1,000 customers are without power, including a boiler house, school and kindergarten.
“Repairs are needed in the zone close to the contact line, we are waiting for security guarantees and ceasefire agreement from the JCCC,” the ministry said.*ot
