Ukraine deploys some 30 tanks in Krasnoarmeisk, Yablonovka residential areas – DPR militia



Donetsk, Sep 18 – DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic intelligence learnt about new facts of Ukrainian army hardware deployment near dwelling houses in Ukraine-controlled settlements, the DPR People’s Militia reported on Wednesday.

“Our intelligence detected Ukrainian armed formations’ military equipment deployed in immediate proximity to dwelling houses,” the report said.

“Ukrainian forces deployed 25 T-64 tanks in Krasnoarmeisk, two T-72 tanks in the Yablonovka village which is located northwest of Gorlovka, six BMP-1 and BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles in Slavnoye, Berezovoye and Taramchuk south of Donetsk and BMP-2 IFVs and BTR-70 armoured personnel carriers in the Georgiyevka village west of the DPR capital.”

On top of that, Ukrainian servicemen were seen planting more than 60 anti-personnel mines near the contact line in the Vodyanoye village area outside Mariupol.



Reports on Tuesday said that Ukrainian forces had deployed tanks, armoured personnel carriers, howitzers and a self-propelled anti-aircraft gun in four Kiev-controlled settlements in Donbass.*jk
