Ukrainian Actions Plan aims at forcible seizure of Donbass – Nikonorova

Donetsk, Nov 23 – DAN. Ukrainian Actions Plan on Donbass settlement contradicts the peace plans, said DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova speaking an online press conference organized by the TASS News agency.

“Based on the document, we can conclude that it does not aim for a peaceful political settlement of the conflict. In contrast, it is aimed at a gradual forcible seizure of our territories: it suggests that we disarm, sign a capitulation, surrender, some escape, some settle in in camps, which are presumed by a bill on internment p resented to the Verkhovnaya Rada,” she said.

According to Nikonorova, Ukrainian document clearly contradicts the Minsk Agreements and the Package of Measures. Besides, it is inconsistent in terminology, succession of actions, etc.

“It is quite chaotic, some article are drafted carelessly.”

DPR and LPR presented their road map at the Contact Group conference on October 14. Ukraine tabled its version in early November. Later it admitted that it is necessary to amend its peace plan in accordance with the Minsk Agreements and with the approval of the Donbass Republics. *ot
