Ukrainian forces fire at DPR four times over 24 hours, use mortars – JCCC

Donetsk, Nov 5 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire four times over the past 24 hours, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire four times expending eight rounds of ammunition,” the report said.

Fire was delivered at the Dolomitnoye settlement area on the Gorlovka axis and the Vedenskoye village outskirts on the Mariupol axis. The enemy used 82mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms, the JCCC said.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire once and the additional ceasefire control measures once.

The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of any weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights.*jk
