Ukrainian forces fire mortars at workers outside Yasinovataya – JCCC

Donetsk, Oct 15 – DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic observers at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC), DPR militia engineer service representatives and a team of workers came under fire on the Donetsk-Yasinovataya railway stretch, the JCCC’s DPR Office reported on Thursday.

“Despite the security guarantees, Ukrainian armed formations fired 82mm mortars at a repair team accompanied by JCCC observers and DPR militia engineer service representatives, during track repairs on the Donetsk-Donetsk-Severny-Yasinovataya stretch,” the report said.

The repairs have been suspended; there have been no casualties, according to preliminary reports.  No further details were immediately available.*jk
