Ukrainian forces plant 250 anti-tank mines east of Mariupol – DPR intelligence



Donetsk, Mar 5 – DAN. Ukrainian forces planted more than 250 anti-tank mines in the vicinity of the Shirokino village east of Mariupol, the Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia said on Thursday citing intelligence reports.

“We observe vigorous engineering works to strengthen enemy positions and the planting of more mine fields,” the report said. “For example, we spotted the planting of more than 250 TM-62 anti-tank mines in the outskirts of the Shirokino settlement in the responsibility zone of the Ukrainian army’s 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade.”

Earlier reports said that Ukrainian servicemen had planted more than 100 anti-tank mines next to the contact line in southern DPR.*jk
