Ukrainian forces shell five DPR settlements over 24 hours – JCCC

Donetsk, Jun 9 – DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire five times over the past 24 hours shelling five settlements in the Donetsk People’s Republic,  the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Tuesday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire five times expending 33 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.

The enemy used 82mm mortars and grenade launchers. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

Strikes were delivered at the areas of the Spartak village and the Dokuchayevsk town on the Donetsk axis, the Dolomitnoye settlement on the Gorlovka axis and the Kulikovo and Kominternovo villages on the Mariupol axis.

In the previous reporting period, Kiev army units opened small arms fire at Donetsk’s western outskirts once.*jk
